Service Description

Sleepy Time is an Alexa skill that plays ambient sounds to help you sleep. The service is provided "as-is" by SeeWay Digital Inc.

Free & Pro Tiers

Sleepy Time offers 5 free sounds and 19 Pro sounds. Pro sounds require a paid upgrade, available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase through Amazon's In-Skill Purchasing system.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed by Amazon through In-Skill Purchasing. Refund requests should be directed to Amazon customer service. SeeWay Digital Inc. does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for ISP transactions.

Availability

We aim to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on Amazon Alexa infrastructure and Cloudflare hosting, both of which are outside our direct control.

Limitation of Liability

Sleepy Time is an ambient sound player. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Use at your own discretion. SeeWay Digital Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
